Right-to-Know

Questions regarding Right-to-Know Requests should be directed to the Right-to-Know Officer of Pine Creek Twp., Darlene Macklem at  570-753-5671 or 570-865-6123, [email protected].

  1. All requests for records must be in writing and signed (digital signature is acceptable) by the requester. The requester should identify or describe the records sought with sufficient specificity to enable the Township to ascertain which records are being requested and shall include a name and address to which the Township should address its response.   2. All requests shall be in writing and shall be submitted to the Township by:
    email: ([email protected]), fax: (570-753-8083), US mail or in person (31 Municipal Drive, PO Box 596 Avis, PA 17721).
  3. Under the Right To Know law, certain reports are exempted from the definition of a Public Record, therefore, any such request will be denied.
  4. If a request for records is granted, the following fees will be charged to the request:
